The third generation sand and gravel separator, also called concrete sand and gravel separator or concrete sand and gravel separation slurry water recovery equipment, is the core equipment of the concrete recycling system. It is mainly used to clean, separate and recycle the sewage from the tank truck and the sand and gravel in the residual concrete. . The machine is designed using advanced foreign concrete recycling technology and combines the characteristics of drum separation and spiral screening separation, saving a lot of manpower, material and financial resources for project construction.

1. Overall machine structure ,

This product has a compact structure and simple operation. The control process can be manual or fully automatic, with full fault display, making it easy to transport, install and maintain. The effective working area is spacious, and one or two trucks can be unloaded and cleaned at the same time as needed.

Separation system :

The spiral forward direction of the screen barrel tube is horizontally and internally designed with an inner and outer dragon design , so that the materials can be fully turned over during the limited screening process , and can be cleaned and separated by jets and water flow inside the equipment . The reasonable arrangement of the height of the overflow tank in the upper part of the sedimentation tank of the sand separator enables the sand and mud to be fully separated. The sand and gravel are completely separated at one time, and the separation capacity can reach 30 -40 t/h. Water supply and drainage system: The cleaning process of the whole system adopts circular cleaning, so there is basically zero discharge of sewage and the water resource reuse rate is high.

Easy to operate :

Back the mixer truck to the set parking space, add water and roll wash, pour the waste slurry directly into the guide trough , and flow into the main separator from the guide trough for cleaning and separation, and separate the separated sand and gravel into Send it to the sand outlet and stone outlet. The overflowing slurry flows to the sedimentation tank through the sewage guide tank , and then is pumped back by the water pump through various levels of sedimentation for recycling. The whole cleaning process of the mixer truck takes about two to five minutes .
