3. Welding requirements
a. Construction shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the drawings, plans and welding process instructions (independently designed by Shandong Lifengxing).

4. Full water test and anti-corrosion
After the tank is made, completely fill the cement tank with water. After 2 to 3 hours, use a hammer weighing 0.5 to 1.5 kg to tap about 150 mm along both sides of the weld. If there is no leakage, it is qualified. If there is any leakage, Where necessary, it must be re-welded and then tested.
The anti-corrosion design of the outer surface of the cement tank should comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Code for Design of Corrosion Control Engineering for Steel Pipes and Storage Tanks" and should adopt an anti-corrosion insulation protective layer of no less than reinforced grade; the anti-corrosion measures for the inner wall of the cement tank should be Determine based on the storage medium in the tank.

5. Tank installation
a. First, according to the basic requirements of the design drawing, prepare the overall concrete foundation, bury the anchor bolts, and install the anchor bolt connecting plates. The four foot plates must be aligned on the same level. After the foundation is dry, tighten the nuts.
b. Check whether there is any damage or loose connections during transportation. They should be repaired and tightened.
c. Lift it into place (pay attention to the loading direction and escalator orientation), and weld the tank feet and the foot plate firmly.

6. Use and maintenance
a. Open the discharge valve and check whether there is any debris in the tank before use.
b. When loading materials, close the discharge valve tightly first.
c. Frequently check whether the bag in the dust removal device has too much powder, which should be removed in time. If it is damaged, it should be replaced in time to avoid powder spraying when loading materials.
d. Regularly add oil to the screw rod and bearing of the discharge valve.
